Move Your Body!

Calling ALL Youths with Disabilities!  Come experience adaptive sports such as tennis and basketball as you learn skills to transition from school to work!

Build confidence, learn to advocate for yourself, and learn about your strengths that enable you to be independent!

Triad Trackers Wheelchair Basketball team,  Kimberley Park Tennis Coach Darryl Benbow, Get Fit! Program from Robinhood Y and Miracle Heights Adventures will be on hand to teach skills!  Get Outdoors will demonstrate adaptive kayaking.  GreenTree Peer Center will demonstrate Drip Painting.

The Get Fit program is sponsored by the Robinhood Y and is an initiative that creates an inclusive space for people
with intellectual and developmental disabilities to exercise and socialize.

Miracle Heights Adventures will offer prop based initiatives to increase critical thinking and problem solving!
