Ai Chi @ Salemtowne Wellness Pool

Ai Chi is beneficial for the mind and body. Ai Chi uses a deliberate sequence of movements to engage the core muscles to promote stability and flexibility. Paired with specific breathing techniques, Ai Chi promotes relaxation and general wellbeing to improve mental health.

Class Schedule & Cost:
- When you register, you will be agreeing to a commitment for a series of classes. Each class series lasts two months.
- Classes are held on Monday and Thursday’s at 2:00pm. Classes are approximately an hour in duration.
- This series contains 16 classes in total. The cost is $5.63 per class ($45.00 per month).
Requirements Prior To Class:
- Obtain an Aquatic Program Application from Celia .
- Have your physician complete the medical release form– The release/application forms are required to be completed before you can join the class. For any questions regarding the form, feel free to reach out to the instructor Celia Dixon.
- Submit your application with completed medical release to Celia prior to joining the class.
What to Expect on First Day of Class:
1.Ensure you have previously submitted the medical release form.
2.Submit payment to Celia via cash or check pay to the order of Solutions for Independence.
3.Sign in using the water ai chi notebook, wear appropriate swimwear, & follow pool guidelines.
